I’m already a fan of Fun Factory sex toys, especially the Magnum. But I’d been looking for a slightly larger flat-based dildo for a while, so I immediately fell for The Boss Stub.
So here is the review of the Fun Factory Boss.
Sex toy packaging
Fun Factory’s packaging is always fairly similar, a cardboard box, nice, but nothing more. It certainly isn’t meant to be kept.
You can tell straight away what you’re dealing with, with a photo of the dildo present on three sides of the packaging (and on the final side, a woman’s legs, for whom, why, I don’t know…). In short, not much more to say about that, a cardboard box with a dildo inside, so let’s get down to business!
Appearance and dimensions of The Boss Stub
We chose the flesh colour, but the Boss is also available in black, and oh, surprise, in pink.

I have to admit that The Boss caught my eye straight away, and I wasn’t disappointed when I received it.
Its shape is close to that of a realistic dildo, while still being stylised: its glans is quite pronounced, and its ridges can resemble veins.
Its dimensions are fairly substantial, but still reasonable: 18 cm in length and 4.2 cm in diameter.
Texture and materials
The Boss is made from 100% medical-grade silicone.
Unfortunately, it has the same flaw as its little buddies from the same brand: it attracts dust, hair and cat fur very easily… It is therefore recommended that you wash it before and after each use (and avoid dropping it on the duvet, where your cat has just spent the night).

The surface is quite soft to the touch. For those who already know Fun Factory, it doesn’t have the same finish as the Share or the Magnum, or the Amor (which, in my opinion, was a total failure). It’s less smooth, less “plasticky”, let’s say, while remaining very soft, a little like velvet.
The Boss is flexible, with a fairly firm texture.
Using The Boss Stub
The Boss has a flat base, so it is compatible with a harness, and suitable for vaginal or anal penetration (which we haven’t tested yet, as its dimensions are a little too large for my liking for that use).
As it is made of silicone, it’s best to use a water-based lubricant.

After a very successful first try with my partner (whose only response I could get was “Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, that was really very good!”), I tried The Boss and was also won over.
The material is a little grippy, so you need to use lubricant. In terms of diameter, there’s enough to enjoy; it’s very pleasant without being too big.
But above all, I found its very well-designed shape. The fact that it’s a little more curved than the Magnum and the prominence of the “glans” work wonders on the G-spot. Combined with clitoral stimulation, it produces very pleasant sensations and powerful orgasms.

Conclusion on Fun Factory’s The Boss Stub
The good points:
- Its shape is very effective.
- Its dimensions are substantial but reasonable.
- It is closer to a realistic dildo, but more stylised.
The bad points:
- It attracts dust.
- The material is a bit sticky and requires quite a lot of lubricant.
Note finale du test

Honestly, I really like the Boss, and I think it is about to become my favourite dildo. It is really very pleasant to use and will probably never leave my bedside table again.
