L’iScream by Shiri Zinn is a clitoral vibrator shaped like an ice cream cone.
In summer, ice cream is always welcome to refresh the taste buds. Probably inspired by the heatwave, the brand Shiri Zinn, known for often luxurious and unusual pleasure objects, such as the Minx, a vibrator with a bushy plume tail, or the cupcake (which I have already mentioned in this article dedicated to dessert sex toys), designed the iScream, which actually aims to warm you up.
An unusual sex toy, which we have had the chance to test. This vibrator, which at first glance could be mistaken for an appetising ice cream cone, does not skimp on power despite its sweet confectionery-shop look.

Packaging of the sex toy
The iScream packaging is very neat: in rigid cardboard, with a red-and-white striped front that has a round plastic window allowing you to see the sex toy, it looks like a retro ice cream van. A totally useless, but fun, gadget: inside there is a button that plays a jazz piece, to enhance the vintage vibe.
This box is small and sturdy enough to keep so you can store the sex toy in it. However, it is a pity that no softer, less bulky case is provided.
The look of the iScream by Shiri Zinn: an ice cream cone vibrator
The iScream by Shiri Zinn therefore resembles a strawberry ice cream cone with a chocolate sauce on top, which is starting to melt slightly because of the heat.
A great deal of attention has been paid to the details, particularly the texture of the cone, on which the waffle patterns are drawn in relief. Its dimensions are believable for an ice cream: about 14 centimetres long, which is a priori not a feature you are supposed to dwell on because it is rather designed for external use, but it does not pull the scale problem trick like the Womanizer 2Go.
Would you mistake it for a real ice cream? No, because a real cone would inevitably start dripping everywhere as it melts. But, provided no one looks at it too closely, you should be able to pass it off as a dog toy or a decorative gadget if a curious person caught sight of it.
Texture and material
The surface of the iScream is entirely made of silicone, a body-safe, non-porous and odourless material.
It is rather firm, probably because of the rigid mechanisms underneath (battery, motors, etc.), except for the tip of the cone, which is flexible. Its head, which is the part you will use against the clitoris, is very soft.
Charging
The iScream by Shiri Zinn is rechargeable, via a small cable with a thin plug that inserts into the side of the vibrator and connects to a USB port.
It is fully waterproof, which makes cleaning easy and allows it to be used in the shower. As for charging and corresponding usage times, I did not time it, but the ratio seemed correct to me; a single charge allows the vibrator to last quite a few uses.
Controls of the iScream by Shiri Zinn
The controls consist of a single button, located on the side of the cone, visually quite discreet when the sex toy is switched off, but very intuitive to find by touch. When the vibrator is switched on, this button lights up red, with a variable light intensity that follows the vibrations.
The instructions are as simple as can be: a long press to switch the sex toy on or off, a short press to switch to the next vibration mode (after the last one, it goes back to the first).
Vibration modes
The iScream has 10 vibration modes:
- Three constant vibration modes (low, medium, high).
- A fast and regular pulsing mode.
- Series of 5 rapid pulses.
- A wave mode: the power gradually builds up, then drops back down just as gradually, and starts again.
- Two modes repeating series of pulses that increase in speed and intensity.
- A mode alternating a very long pulse and 9 very short ones in rapid succession.
- A mode alternating a series of very rapid pulses and a slightly longer pulse.
Noise level of the vibrator
As for noise, the iScream is very discreet, with a low noise level. No one will hear you from the neighbouring room.
Effectiveness of the iScream by Shiri Zinn
The iScream is mainly a clitoral vibrator. It is waterproof, so a priori there is nothing to stop you from inserting it, ice cream side or cone side. But in practice, its most effective mode of use will be to apply the head of the sex toy (the ice cream ball part, which is the one through which vibrations travel best) to the clitoris. This way, the vibrations are harmoniously diffused over a fairly wide area, on the clitoris, but also in its surroundings.
The waffle-like texture of the cone provides a good grip, without slipping, and the control button is easily accessible, which makes use very comfortable.
For a cordless and quite small vibrator, its vibrations are quite powerful, and allow you to reach orgasm fairly quickly by using the constant modes. The more playful modes are more interesting as a sort of “foreplay”, to gradually raise the temperature, but it is nice to see that they are well done, with subtle transitions and nuanced gradients.
Conclusion on the iScream by Shiri Zinn
The good points:
- The iScream’s look is nice and original, and is meticulous down to the smallest details.
- Its vibrations are quite powerful, and its “playful” modes are well designed
- It is made of silicone, a body-safe material.
- It seems to be of good quality overall: rechargeable, waterproof, with a light that follows the vibration patterns, etc.
The bad points:
- Not much to report as a defect… Perhaps a micro-USB cable would have been preferable to the proprietary-format charging cord, which can easily be lost…
The iScream by Shiri Zinn is a very nice vibrator, with a fresh look, whose quality and effectiveness are impeccable. A sex toy of the type we would like to see more of.
