I was keen to try a glycerine-free organic lubricant. Indeed, glycerine, which tends to feed yeasts a bit too much, can disrupt the vaginal flora. I went with Sliquid Organics, a brand that seems to be getting a lot of praise from bloggers. Testing out lots of quirky products is fun, but for everyday use, I prefer to deal with a product that’s as wholesome as possible.
For once, the product I’m about to show you wasn’t gifted to us by a shop or a brand. With our lubricant stocks running dangerously low, we didn’t want to wait to get some, so we simply bought a bottle. Having liked the product, I decided to write a review to share our impressions with you.
The bottle
The bottle comes in three sizes: 60, 125 and 255 mL. Quite simple, it has a convenient pour cap that closes airtight.
Sliquid Organics lubricant composition
There are several formulas of the lubricant Sliquid Organics. They are all glycerine-free and paraben-free. . We chose theNatural Gel

The brand’s official website states that the composition remains the same, and that only the proportion of agar-agar, a seaweed also used in baking which gives the product its thickness, varies. Taste and smell of the Sliquid Organics lubricant
The taste and smell are quite neutral. That’s what we were looking for.
Using the Sliquid Organics lubricant
Not being extraordinary, the lubrication is quite good, non-greasy, and suitable for all ‘classical’ uses. This version of the lubricant is fairly dense, and I find this viscosity to be pleasant. However, it is true that the substance has a look that seems slightly paste-like. When you pour it into your hand, it’s not the height of sexy, visually speaking. But once the product is spread, its appearance becomes quite ordinary.
Conclusion on the Sliquid Organics lubricant
We appreciated the lubricant Sliquid Organics for its very wholesome formulation and its lack of taste and odour. It’s a lubricant that works perfectly for regular use, and I think we’ll buy another once this bottle is empty.
