The Pronto condom is an ultra-fast condom. No, it doesn’t mean it triggers premature ejaculation. Phew: unless you’re donating sperm or taking a fertility test, the usefulness of such an item would be pretty limited.
Pronto is simply a condom that’s easy and quick to put on.
The concept? Like tampons, these condoms come with an applicator, which you throw away as soon as you’ve put the condom on.
Admittedly, putting on a condom isn’t meant to take three hours.

But then again, sometimes, a few minor mishaps can happen. For example, having to get it right after trying to roll the thing the wrong way. Or, more awkwardly, a prankster penis that decides to go soft while you’re trying to put it on. After all, a penis isn’t always aware of its owner’s interests.
In short, if you run into occasional hassles, simplifying this step can’t do any harm.
How to use the Pronto condom
Pronto was invented in South Africa, where it has been for sale since 2006. But it has only very recently started to be exported.
These condoms cost around €13 for a box of 10 from Kisskiss.ch, which sent us this sample. That’s not much more expensive than Durex or Manix at your local supermarket.
Pronto or not, I’m reminding you that condoms can be a matter of life or death, and that no excuse outweighs it.
